Rental conditions
1. Use of the equipment Rented equipment may only be used by the customer on his/her behalf. For use outside the Nordic region, the lessor's consent is required. The customer is responsible for ensuring that applicable regulations regarding rented equipment and use are observed, including applicable parking regulations. The customer is responsible for and pays any fines or fees for parking violations or other use.
2. Equipment care The customer must take good care of the equipment. The customer is responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
3. Inspection The Lessor has the right to inspect the Goods during the rental period if he has reasonable grounds to believe that ownership is being jeopardized or that there is a risk of depreciation beyond what results from normal use.
4. Insurance terms etc. All trailers are insured. The lessee's deductible towards the lessor is a maximum of 4,500 SEK per damage. (VAT not included). The lessee can, for a special fee if this is not included, reduce his deductible to 1,500 SEK. A signed deductible reduction does not release the lessee from liability for repair costs for damage caused by negligence or carelessness, e.g. that the support wheel/leg was not folded up. The lessee is responsible for all fines or costs incurred as a result of parking or other traffic violations during the rental period. Parking fees must be paid immediately by the lessee. If this is not done, an administration fee of 200 SEK per violation will be charged in addition to the fee.
5. Return of rented equipment Rented equipment must be returned to the location where it was collected, unless another location has been agreed. If rented equipment is returned later than the agreed return time, without the lessor's consent, the lessor has the right to charge rental compensation and, where applicable, demand compensation for the lessor's damage.
